The Adventure Mailbox is crafted for explorers aged 6-12. We adjust the complexity of the puzzles and vocabulary to match your child's developmental stage.
How does the billing charm work?
You'll be billed monthly on the anniversary of your start date. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through our parent portal.

Your first payment is processed immediately upon sign-up. Subsequent monthly renewals happen exactly one month later, keeping the adventure rolling smoothly!
How long does it take for letters to arrive?
Our magical post takes 5-7 business days to reach your mailbox within the US. International adventures might take up to 14 days to cross the high seas!
